Showcasing both undiscovered local stars and those from further afield, mixing emerging talent with big names, Spindle is a magazine like no other.

Along with an article I’ve written on fur designer Eliana Dimitrakopoulou and an interview I did with Emma Bell Issue 1 includes this 6 page Oops! shoot.

oops! in selfridges

About a month ago I was over the moon to receive an email from the brilliant Super Market Sarah asking me to submit some pieces to be shown in an exhibition she was doing in Selfridges!

I am a huge fan of Sarah’s website as it brilliantly fuses her graphic design and visual merchandising skills with her love of vintage and designer clothes and objects - clever lady

Her display in Selfridges was split into 3 themes and changed every day so I’m really chuffed that one of my capes made it up on the main wall in her ‘Clash Mash’ week!

Here is Sarah talking about the exhibition on BBC news (my cape makes a small appearance too!)

horror show!

So I was asked to do a small collection to be shown at the closing party of the ‘We love 77′ exhibition at Merchant’s Hall. It was supposed to be a punk collection… but I thought it’d be more punk of me not to stick to the theme!

I banned myself from using colour and pattern as an experiment - I missed it but felt strangely calm all week…!
